Everything is bed in this company. This company has spoilt the career of employees. They sent to employee on LWP when they face the issue of finance without thinking of employee. This is worst culture. Having said that they will not pay the salary to ex-employee who already leave this company.

No job security. No employee benefits. The salary date is not fixed. Resigned from the organisation in march 2022 and still not got the salary for the last 3 months. No working ethics, management goals and integrity for the organisation. Total time waste of 6 months in my career by working here.

The Concept as proposed is very good as the vision was to create work opportunities for tier 2, tier 3 and tier 4. The execution of planned work flow was very unstructured and no one is ready to be responsible for any failures. The competency and experience is suppressed by those who are yes men.

They Don't pay salary! My 4 month salary pending on them, travel claims not getting settled as company don't have funds to run the business, and top of that, management is not bothered to attend any calls of employees or clients! Unethical behaviour!
