Leadership team doesn’t have idea about you ,what you have contributed for the company in the past, whenever manager changes you have to again explain same things to everyone newly join in leadership team. Parameters for moving up the ladder are not very clear though you discuss many times with manager. Escalation of any issue is very fast.
