Position Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end ICI (Icertis Contract Intelligence) implementations, focused on procurement and buy side contracting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Value Orientation & Consulting:

• Leverage expertise in SAP Ariba, ICI, and best practices to design solutions aligned with customer goals and industry standards.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers to achieve their business objectives through innovative solutions.
• Drive an outcome-focused approach, ensuring customers realize tangible value from implementations.

2. Application Design & Solution Development:

• Lead the design and development of comprehensive solutions for projects involving SAP Ariba integrations and Icertis CLM implementations.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, emphasizing seamless user experience, accurate configurations, and minimal defects.
• Contribute to integration designs with SAP-related modules, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

3. Subject Matter Expertise (SME):

• Be hands-on in product configuration for both SAP Ariba and ICI, obtaining all relevant certifications promptly.
• Stay updated on advancements in SAP, CLM, and Legal Tech to provide informed recommendations and solutions.
• Provide guidance on best practices for Source-to-Pay and Contract Lifecycle Management processes.
• Share knowledge across teams to promote continuous learning and adoption of best practices.

4. Customer Management & Rapport Building:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
• Act as the primary liaison for key business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on business value, processes, and change management strategies.

Skills:

1. Solution Design Expertise:

• Proven ability to architect complex, scalable, and robust solutions in Source-to-Pay/Procure-to-Pay areas.

2. Technical Proficiency:

• Hands-on experience in SAP Ariba modules, including customization, configuration, testing, and integration with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.

3. SAP Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of core SAP Ariba functionalities, including SRM, Sourcing, Contracting, Procurement, and Spend Management.
• Proficiency in SAP MM, and exposure to SAP Fieldglass is advantageous.
• Experience with SAP CPI, PI/PO, and BTP for integration scenarios.

4. Implementation Experience:

• End-to-end enterprise application implementations in P2P/S2P suite solutions.
• Experience working on SaaS platforms for global projects with SAP as both upstream and/or downstream systems.

5. Integration Skills:

• Designing and implementing integration scenarios, including middleware and APIs.

6. Communication and Collaboration:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional and technical teams, both internally and externally.

7. Analytical and Problem-Solving:

• Strong troubleshooting capabilities, especially under tight deadlines.

8. Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage project deliverables effectively.
• Ability to simplify complex technical discussions for stakeholders with diverse expertise levels.
• A growth mindset with a passion for learning new technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience:
• 7+ years of relevant experience in package solution consulting, with a history of successful global enterprise implementations.
• Demonstrable experience collaborating with technical teams on SAP CPI, PI/PO, or BTP to ensure seamless implementation.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• SAP Certified Application Professional – SAP Ariba.
• SAP S/4 HANA certifications or relevant SAP module certifications.
