Everywhere in the management is poltics.They only care about the money at this time of covid 19. Where everyone is safe at home.. they are calling the staff to the college and putting lifes in danger. But they don't care.

Dislikes

They have started firing the employees now that too on instant.. without any notice period.They don't even care about how senior the employee is, or how much hard work he/she is doing.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
