Likes

Fish farming and controlling disease its challenge but if taught properly and effectively implemented an annual 6% compounded revenue can be contribute to our state economy due to the availability and needed water quality.

The Research Institute am currently working is very innovative with respect to field of fishery. I am proud to be a part of the Fish Genetics and Biotechnology Division as well as fish genomics lab. I started my career from being a research scholar and now i am working as a women scientist, so i can see my career growth in terms of knowledge as well as publications. The best part of Fish Genomics lab is the work environment where learning is the motto, colleagues are from diverse background though we work happily here. Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
