Dislikes

You will get a fixed salary hike every year but there is NO promotion or new challenge. No training. You can learn in and out of the company within 4-5 months and after that it is hard-stop. There is no adoption of new technologies, the main business is DAS and it is the bread and butter of the company. No much competitor which is p ositive while you are in the company especially sales and negetive if you are looking for a new company. As a telecom company the overall business in going down with merger of Vodafone-Idea and because of Rjio monopoly....Read More
