Dislikes

You will get a fixed salary hike every year but there is NO promotion or new challenge. No training. You can learn in and out of the company within 4-5 months and after that it is hard-stop. There is no adoption of new technologies, the main business is DAS and it is the bread and butter of the company. No much competitor which is positive while you are in the company especially sales and negetive if you are looking for a new company. As a telecom company the overall business in going down with merger of Vodafone-Idea and because of Rjio monopoly....Read More
