No mass hiring thus there is no concept of benching No micromanagement allows an individual to thrive and improve his /her work-life balance Great projects to get exposure from as targets only the TTL industry

Dislikes

Hike can be less Skill learning though is on individual but one can't get more skilled during employment because of a lack of opportunities It is in every way better than the rest of the IT companies but a slight monopoly of certain sect hinder the company's presence in the Indian IT sector
