Almost everything except some learning which I got which is really helpful ,Else the policy , management ,salary hike, work life balance,on site opportunity everything is bad here Actually worst policy inside this organisation .

Same work from last 1.5 Years . No growth I have seen so far inside organisation between clients .It's a pure Mallu company .The people from Kerala ,for them it is a good company , else for north Indian terrific politics are happening inside company .
