This company is the right place for both newcomers and experienced ones. Here, work performance is given importance. Don’t worry about opportunities and career growth, just stay focus on your responsibilities, and deliver your best, rest leave it to the superiors. I highly recommend this workplace!

The work culture here is amazing, with supportive managers and team leaders. I couldn't ask for more. I appreciate everyone's support and want to thank them all. I have no complaints and feel lucky to be in such a positive and motivating work environment.

Bonding is strong within our team. There is support and care for each other. We believe in collective work as productivity is more. Leadership has maintained a nice culture, and we feel attachment. Tasks and endeavours we work on do value addition to our skills. You have to do self-learning which I feel is good in a way.

You can work by utilizing the flexi-time benefit. Working remotely or from your home is allowed. They make it a point to keep the employees engaged through different initiatives. I have experienced work-life balance till now. No issues on that front. Employees are equally involved in the endeavors.
