They assigned me the responsibility pretty early. My real growth started from that point. Manager was there to support and build confidence in me. Today, I am handling a team. Even I cannot believe it. With the freedom given, I have initiated certain processes within my team. It was necessary I felt, and had discussed the same with the leadership. They gave the go ahead. Have completed 5 years of service over here. Gained a lot along the way. Working with the top leadership on a regular basis has been a privilege. Never felt restricted due to the desired freedom provided. My managerial tenure has also been an enriching experience with lots of learning.
