There is not just one thing that I dislike about IBM. The facilities provided at IBM for it's employees is really poor , work culture is really bad , employees are made to work for 10hrs with just 1 hour break. There is strict rules on break utilization , you cannot increase your breaks , if you do they cut your pay. Travel is provided one way and it's pathetic. It's just sick here and I really don't recommend anyone to get into IBM if you have a good experience...Read More

I joined IBM as a fresher .before joining I was very excited that I am going to one of the best MNC .but when I came here I saw here so many guys are waiting project and even they did not get project but by luck I got project soon in technical operation .in starting I was very happy that I got project this is first project in my life I going to work here but after sometime i realise that there is not much to learn what have i to learn that I learn that means how to handle calls and about tools what we are using .one of most thing i hate here POLITICS because I hate politics I believe myself.and there is not more salary hike ....Read More
