It may varies person to person and location: 1) From day one, got deployed in client location based project when i got released from there and asked to my resourcing staff to put me any internal project where i can get exposure based on my role/designation(Leading/handling a team, dealing with onshore client) but no one cared. Again deployed in client location. Not even manager. Here no hr to hear you. 2) Lots of false promises from manager. 3) Rare chance to get promotion even after 2 years. 4) Once you came to bench (Even you have done excellent job in your previous project and spent entire year) forget about any appraisal....Read More

I have two offers. One from IBM which is 11 lpa fixed and the other is Russell Investments which is 14 lpa both fixed. Both in Mumbai. Which should I join YOE = 4 Cctc = 4.29. My current org lowballed me in giving bad appraisal even though I performed well.
