1)too much politics in management. 2)Senior dont support junior level employees, team leads and manager always put lot of pressure 3)there is no job security on company, people get easily fired, because of any false reason. 4)trainers are unprofessional, some of senior level management given responsibilities of training who even doesnt manage their workload, ask team lead to get target less than other 5)there are lot of pressures of work, there is no work culture here....Read More

Am I getting Lowball offer?

I currently work at Accenture and, after 4 years and 3 months of experience, have a fixed pay of 7.33 L (7.9 L CTC). I recently qualified for Senior Data Engineer at IBM and got an offer for 13.92 L (1299200 fixed, 66342 PF and 26537 Gratuity). I wanted to check if this offer is fine or if I am getting a lowball offer for the Gurugram location.
