Likes

There are lot of learning opportunities which i like the most. Worklife balance is there. Mostly people are helpful. WFH facility for few days was there before covid as well, which i think little helpful for family persons.

Dislikes

The utilization theory is really bad, in a year if someone is taking leaves more that 10 days it will seriously affect utilization, though total leaves are 22 days which someone cannot take. And sometimes compensation is not at all good. For promotion you have to run after the managers.

I have two offers. One from IBM which is 11 lpa fixed and the other is Russell Investments which is 14 lpa both fixed. Both in Mumbai. Which should I join YOE = 4 Cctc = 4.29. My current org lowballed me in giving bad appraisal even though I performed well.
