There is no stress work like domestic company's work culture. These staff is very helpful if these are the contractual project. Helpful for employees and we can manage work life balance as well. We can grow excellent with new knowledge activity and more fun. I have never seen before like this work culture company before....Read More

This is a project wise work, where IBM hire employees for 3/6 or 12 month contract. There is nothing tat, that how many month we can work there.
