I know this company since its start up 7 years back. The growth achieved over a period of 7 years is amazing. From 250-300 sq.feet small office to now almost 10 branches across Maharashtra and even offices in Karnataka, Gujarat within short span of time is remarkable. Unless proper management and hard work this is really impossible. Company's culture and care about their employees is highly appreciated. The company is very conservative in terms of discipline and process which is also very good. Dislikes

Some employees could not be able to understand the company's cultures, product and not able to perform as per company standard. They left the company because of their non performance, their own mismanagement, even some has committed financial fraud and due to this company has taken strict legal action against them. Because of legal action they try to disrepute the company. If some tries to defame the company, company has capacity to take strict legal action against them but company thinks about them and their future, which they don't understand, they feel company will not do anything....Read More

Work Details

My work is to manage Finance Department which includes Collection Department and Payment Department. Its really very challenging as always need to balance both department.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
