You get to meet , train some beautiful souls. You get to learn as you provide training. You may/may not get certified in Technology on company expense.

Dislikes

No hike even after years of honest work, even after repeated ask. No place to express grievance. It's all money but No salaries paid on time. I have friends who were not paid their salaries since Mar-2020 They want trainers to waste their time on PROMOTIONS (you should check Mr.K sir's text on whatsapp group) They expect trainers to ask for Fees and stuff. They expect trainers to lie to parents and students, while IANT splurges their Study-Kit money. You have to be very dishonest with yourself and students if you want to work here. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
