Working culture at Iaan school of mass communication is really awesome.you learn everything if you are open to learn.they are very cooperative and supportive.

They have not any proper policy for short term employees. You have to stay atleast five to six years.then you find the result.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
