Bad managers who push employees to overwork and SVPs make commitments that they know are not feasible... False billing to client, project resources shared across multiple clients and same bad Baseapp solution being delivered to all clients.

Management is focused on bringing out the best product. The time and resources required to research is provided. Latest technologies are being used to modernise the product. The work timings are flexible. New initiatives are started to create employee engagement.

Dislikes

A lot more focus has to be created in brand management. Though the company has all good ingredients, potential candidates look for better and we'll known brands.

The company doesn’t have any good policies. I am really unsure what to give here.

Dislikes

1) There are no proper working hours 2) They make you work hard and pay you less. Though it might look good on the paper, what you will get in the hand is surprisingly terrible 3) No work life balance. They think they own the employees and literally put them through hell. 4) Weekends are not really weekends. Un-natural commitment to the Customers. No proper planning. If you are one of the higher management then it is Cool but if you are mid level or lower, you are done. 5) There are some practices here which cannot be deemed ethical. To top it all, they forced employees to come to office during covid times. We all know how bad bangalore is struck. If you get an offer here, please don’t join. It is not a good place....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
