Great Pay. Well defined job scope. Organization structure well maintained. Facilities and amenities are on par with MNCs including salary revisions.

Dislikes

No authority to individuals. Only execution work to Indian employees. All major decision making, planning, R&D, Procurement strategy, critical company decisions made by Korean expats. Too much unnecessary & repeated paperwork even for minute things. Seniors focusing on responsibility distribution rather than leading the team by example. Promotions are never on time. So much more to dislike.

I will not say dislike, but yes it fact as Korean people they thinK and they put in mind of employee that Maruti, Tata, Mahindra which are Indian company are Rural company and they are famous ,also employee they treat like dogs , very pathetic work culture they have.

We cannot predict what the automobile culture will be like in the future but as of now I am writing that Hyundai is the best company of the Indian Automobile Industry in the present times. The old feedback is still not good but Hyundai India and HMC Korea have made a lot of improvement in improving the company culture. Sustainability of the company is very important in today's era which requires latest technology, IT infra, research & development and modern sale abd service practice but today Hyundai has all this. so Hyundai is provided best compensation and amenities to their employees. Dislike reason skill fest not properly in every 6 months . And trainee only company not interested to trainee people to permanent staff . I am very disappointed 😞 . I was hoping that you will conduct the exam and I will definitely attend and pass it and get a job as hyundai Permanent Stop..But I could not get company staff because the exam was not conducted properly.
