Worst work culture ever seen Dominant toxic senior Employees Impotent managers, just trying to take as much as possible for themselves. No skill upgradation, no recognition. Local workshop culture on the Corporate building Toxic policies In the name of bell curve grading system youngsters life will be spoiled just to satisfy toxic seniors(idiotic) employees.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
