For me wake up in the early morning. It's hard to wake up 4:00 am in the morning, but in my case, I considered I'm will trained.

I like Hyundai Engineering And Construction Company because many of my friends working in this company and korean employers are good and accommodating.I also like the employee re-hire policy here and I love the fact that I am a part of a team and another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high, I have to work 12-16 hours straight in a day.

Work Details

On the basis of my personal experience it's good to work in this company and I learned a lot of many things especially in construction engineering works. I will get recognized for all this effort, my work is slightly challenging.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
