Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attends client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my did-year appraisals,. Some of the staff are jealousy and some especially admin are making money they will delay you visa, or ATM, Uniform. you need to pay them just to expedite and they will process it. especially Indian admin staff no all some. And admin security. It a common and tradition. if you complain they make allegation and another making issue.like my ATM and visa before when you were new i pay 40kd for my visa and ATM. I like Hyundai but not all personnel are clean. and i pay for may winter jacket 5kd. But not all site are same. But those people are no longer in Hyundai.
