Monopoly in work inside dept under a single person should break. Skills can be learned if the person is trainable but attitude of a person cant be changed. before hiring only it should be clear the person should be a great team player skills he will get trained his attitude matters the most. (individual contributors creates useless monopoly which is a risk to the company as he will not hire a better team or either guide them a little)...Read More
