Firstly I was appointed as a project coordinator. Then after two months they said you are working good you can go on site and work their. I was like okay being a fresher learning is important. So I went their, there was no heirachy follow. Their was a need of helper and they send me(an engineer) at helper position. They did not evenprovided LOI, CONFIRMATION LETTER, RELIEVEING LETTER, EXPERIENCE LETTER nothing. Less salary is not an issue for a fresher but basic things, respect is necessary. It is a advice to fresher engineer don't join this company. On festival seniors went to home but I was working on site alone. But still no credits given....Read More
