1. No HR policy for employees & College is not running without HR. 2. No appraisal for faculties. 3. Worst work culture 4. Heads of Organisation Dr. AVANI GUPTA from HIPER & Dr. ALEZA RIZVI from HIOP they act as Mother- in - law to their team. They torture their faculties in Closed doors. 5. Heads Emotionally Abuse their Employees. 6. Management is not taking any strict action against these 2 toxic Heads Dr. AVANI GUPTA & DR. ALEZA RIZVI. These 2 Heads are the biggest manipulators, Liars & do Backstabbing to their Team. 7. No career growth in Hiper & hiop only Work politics except HCOP since Hygia owns 3 buildings in their campus....Read More
