1. No HR policy for employees & College is not running without HR. 2. No appraisal for faculties. 3. Worst work culture 4. Heads of Organisation Dr. AVANI GUPTA from HIPER & Dr. ALEZA RIZVI from HIOP they act as Mother- in - law to their team. They torture their faculties in Closed doors. 5. Heads Emotionally Abuse their Employees. 6. Management is not taking any strict action against these 2 toxic Heads Dr. AVANI GUPTA & DR. ALEZA RIZVI. These 2 Heads are the biggest manipulators, Liars & do Backstabbing to their Team. 7. No career growth in Hiper & hiop only Work politics except HCOP since Hygia owns 3 buildings in their campus.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
