Job security is good. They wont remove you but you wil fed up and leave anyway.

Certain departments have good and co-operative people but nearly 90% of them are very poor at their work. Theres no work culture at all. Management takes any decision without thinking anything about the employee welfare. Eg. For employees who cannot make it to work without public transport during lockdown were forced to come to office by any means. These people who still could not come to office but worked from home still their salary was 100% cut without prior notice. All leaves were cut without intimation. Laptops not provided to employees at home. People using own laptop. No motivation. No salary hike. Very low salary compare to other company...Read More

If you want to work with people who are not fit for the job then welcome and nothing much to learn then with no salary hike expectation then this is just the place to be. They will not pay 50k salary for a quality person but will get 3 people at 15k inste

It's away from Thane in Bhiwandi. I loose all my time in travelling and specially in night it's difficult . You won't get any transport facility near by .
