Hyatt employee policy, Team members. Otherwise I won't recommend for those who are looking for money, promotion etc. Once you get confirmation, then there is job security.

The only positive aspect is that your job is secure here due to some of the company's strong policies.

Dislikes

Working hours are excessively long with no clear boundaries and company culture is virtually non existent. Days off are unpredictable making it hard to plan anything out of work. Bosses constantly overpower employees. The work life balance is non-existent, and instead of support, boss often resorts to threats, adding to the stress. Overall the atmosphere is toxic and demoralising.

This is totally worst hotel , every day I was thinking why I was choosing this hotel for Apprentship , every day 14 hour shift , not get to sleep properly life was fully disturbed , no.offs on time ,sineares also. Not helping 😭

They don’t treat human as human they want me to work almost 15-18 hours a day From morning 6to 10 then send me to home to take rest then again call me at 1 pm till night 1-2 am I have to work …..
