Working hours are excessively long with no clear boundaries and company culture is virtually non existent. Days off are unpredictable making it hard to plan anything out of work. Bosses constantly overpower employees. The work life balance is non-existent, and instead of support, boss often resorts to threats, adding to the stress. Overall the atmosphere is toxic and demoralising.

Not mentioning anything bad because had a great experience at Hyatt Regency pune. But here I would like to add ,other departments have to respect of guest relations team and there's work. i felt some of department's not respecting and not helping GR team because they thought GR have no work they are there in lobby to only welcome guest but no it's not like that .it was not appropriate behaviour
