Initially, it was good. But after 2-3 months, the focus was more on targets rather than learning.

I have left HuntingCube and have still not received my final settlement. In the beginning, I was told I'll receive the settlement after 45 days, however I didn't. Now they are saying that some intern audit is going on due to which they are unable to proceed with the FnF. Also, my personal experience with my manager was not good. Even when team members were not well, be would ask us to take medicine and come to the office. Furthermore, we were informed that working on Saturdays would be optional, but if you didn't work you had to give a proper explanation as to why you can't work and then they would make you feel guilty for not working on an official off day. New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
