The culture is bad, from top to bottom, unsafe place for women, abusive bosses, office environment is not healthy and lot of politics. There are old players in the company who don't let the new staff prosper. They are Understaffed hence employees are overworked and zero personal life not even Sundays. The company actually needs to realise that they are into catering industry and not tech. They need to let their people talk and need to understand how food industry really works. No company can succeed without laying actual facts and discuss practical operational modes with their clients, else they would come to haunt you for every nick and knack. The biggest problem here was wrong commitments and expectations laid out to clients. 1st thing I don't like about this company is its management. The backend people are not at all supportive of the Site Managers, they just leave them on their own. Salaries are not on time, there is no overtime payment at all. if you are working for a double shift also they will not recognize. The company is full of politics, if you are not favorite to your site head or area manager then it's going to be a tough time.
