Free food. It has a pretty relaxed work culture, but it depends on your manager. Bangalore has a more relaxed culture compared to other cities.

Dislikes

Almost everything. No proper hierarchy or structure, very low & delayed increments/salary hike. Nothing is fixed, same role & same experience, two different candidates will get extremely different salaries. Avoid this company, work only if you have no other option or are looking for a relaxed company with hardly any learning or growth.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Good work environment.April 20 to June 20 I have paid 50 % of salary July 20 to December 20 unpaid leave

Management doesn't have enough fund to distribute the salary for all the employees Due to that most of the employees are in unpaid leave

In the beginning they deducted 40% salary. Later said that I'm being kept on Leave Without Pay which is a polite way of saying that I'm have layed off.

Dislikes

I actually loved working there. And was up for the challenges that was coming my way. I think that's what they did not like about me. Well I was very upset in the beginning but now I'm looking forward for a new opportunity.

Team mates and different location. No job security. Just a official mail from company about "No work No pay". We understand the situation. But company gave up completely and was not even bothered to listen to challenges faced by employees during pandemic(financially specially).

Dislikes

0 Job security. They wanted their employees to work round the clock when it was getting launched, but when it came to difficult time for employees, they gave up. Not a professional way to take care of employees. They would have paid at least some amount. May be just for survival, people who are staying away from home.
