It was terrible experience with hungama. I didn't get any support from the hungama. I was asking for computer to work and dongel. They force me to work on mobile phone. Then my reporting manager ask me to buy dongel in less salary. I refused to do it because I was earning very less. Then she got angry because of this. It was terrible experience with Hungama digital. I didn't get any support from Hungama. I was asking for dongle and computer to my reporting manager before lockdown started. Since that day I was requesting her to give laptop for official work. She didn't provide me plus she asked me to buy dongel from outside. I was earning less so it was very difficult to buy the dongel in that salary. Still i mailed her about that try to arrange dongle and cut from my salary. She got very angry about it. Work Details

Work life was much much better. If I would be working in office she would never get a chance to misused of such a small problem. Plus internet issue will never be a issue. Reporting manager should solve the problem rather than doing this.

Everything i like to work with hungama. If you have knowledge and you want to work so there are lot of things to learn. You have all the rights and tou can do RND on new subjects on daily basis to do the the tasks.

Dislikes

The only issue with managers. Have to asks for.multiple time for leave. If you ask for 2 days leave. It's like that you have ask leave for month. There any is't training conducted for infra team.

It was hactic when there was issues. Now we have fixed all the things. Now it's fine.but sometime looks like there should be some change in office environment.

I got to work with best team here,lady bosses were excellent in explaining product. My teammates were one of the best testers I worked with, work-life balance was little difficult to achieve as release cycles were shorter. Job security is up to your performance.

Dislikes

Not much but communications between lower, middle and senior management should be improved and senior management should be in touch with lower management and or ground staff.
