Only part I like is salary mostly fixed you don't have any hidden variable almost CTC equal to fixed. But CTC is very low they hire cheap cost developer

Job security not exist here In pune office employees not considered as employee at all. If you stuck in any problem there is no expertise exist you have to solve that problem at your own or else for escalation they blame you HR is very lazy . She not even respond your call or MSG and when when hr need you they told to reply or reach them immediately My suggestion is stay unemployed for month and prepare rather than join this company and regret

...s asking for computer to work and dongel. They force me to work on mobile phone. Then my reporting manager ask me to buy dongel in less salary. I refused to do it because I was earning very less. Then she got angry because of this. My immediate manager did not provide me anything and Insted of supporting me they did not renewed my contract in this horrible situation I faced.

...ficial work. She didn't provide me plus she asked me to buy dongel from outside. I was earning less so it was very difficult to buy the dongel in that salary. Still i mailed her about that try to arrange dongle and cut from my salary. She got very angry about it. Rather than being a professional she took it very personally and she didn't renewed my contract. Instead of supporting in this situation. She created horrible situation for me. This is what I experience.

Hungama...Workplace culture is so amazing, A very good working environment to work with as the tagline itselfs says the no body does the hungama the way we do.

Compensation is decent, But growth is slow.

They don't have proper work culture,business, and infrastructure support. HR & Management is so rude. How to talk with employees. Job security is very poor. In a year 4 times layoffs. If any employee resigning company and he is serving proper notice period has mentioned in policy. After that team manager and VP is tempering,pressuring etc.

Work culture was good, flexible working hours, also WFH available for needy people.

Dislikes

Managers behaviour was so rude. Even not getting opportunity to learn anything, directly projects got assigned without reliable support. Manager was always insulting many team members in front of whole team. Do not get support from my manager to grow up here, excluding this the company environment was so good to work.
