In this covid 19 time company has fired their long service employee, who have worked for company in this crucial time, still some person don't have job after 6-7 months, we can imagine how they can live. Really very bad thing, sorry for commenting like this.

There are some selfish person came across the company and they are playing politics, they are not addressing actual issues and playing double game in company. Suffering old worker who served company since last 20 years, when they're young, now at the age of 50 where they can go.

Too much politics from middle management site. People knows how to create complications and then they will show there efficiency of solving issues. They are more cleaver how to play and mis use existing system. Individual efficiency to be checked apart from team work.
