Saying that, by your own admission that opportunity to work in newer fields is provided to employees, you are contradicting the comment made in the dislikes section of the review. If freshers are provided the opportunity to work on new tech and in new domains, then logically why would an organisation not give such opportunity to employees who have invested their time and have been in the organisation for a longer tenure? A PCMM & CMMi Level-5 certified organisation, with a legacy of over 16 years cannot be where it is right now in this competitive sector by limiting the learning opportunities of its workforce. We would also like you to know that at HSC, our dedicated Learning & Development team schedules various comprehensive trainings from time to time with active inputs from the Engineering team recommending the topics to be covered. We encourage you to leverage those trainings aligning with your areas of interest. Also, HSC encourages self-learning for HSCians to learn at their pace using the training content available online. You can also speak to your manager, engineering group head or engineering head, share your areas of interest & seek their guidance to map your growth path. Centres of Excellence at HSC can immensely add to your learning experience as well. You are also advised to keep on a lookout for Internal Job Postings open for all and apply for a role you are willing to be a part of.
