Coming to the dislikes section of your review, we are sure that even you would agree that an organization with “weak management” would not be on the growth path that HSC has been since its inception. It is because of our dynamic leadership and management team that has not only contributed immensely to the culture of employee centricity at HSC but has also led the team through times of adversity including a global pandemic. We would also like you to know that when it comes to job security, we always stand thick and thin with our employees and even with all the noise about “restructuring of teams” we are seeing currently with the sector, HSC has never believed in the practice of layoffs.
Also, we have never in the past or present either advertised or aspired as such to be in the topmost quartile as far as compensation is concerned. Our benefits package along with people centric work environment, an enabling family like culture and opportunity to work on cutting edge technologies for global customers makes us one of the best companies to work for in our industry.

It is quite unfortunate and at the same time astounding that you find “Nothing” worth of value or a praise at Hughes Systique. We understand that each individual has their own experience to share in an organisation but the fact that in your review you have chosen to share nothing in detail, but only generic points show the lack of connect you had with the organisation.
HSC has been on a path of growth and trusted by not only its esteemed and long-time clients but also by the people who make HSC, our HSCians. We are proud of continuing associations of HSCians for as long as of over 16 years and the same fact is testament to the kind of culture we have very carefully created and curated since our inception. Moreover, why an organisation would go to the lengths of “bringing down the career” of its own employee which would result in its own harm, especially in the highly competitive IT sector, is something beyond our understanding. The time & resources that go goes into hiring, training, learning, and development is not an easy accomplishment. We are a PCMM & CMMi Level 5 certified organisation which are awarded only to organisations with best employee practices.
We would still encourage you to share your concerns with your manager, engineering group head, engineering head or even with Mr Vinod Sood, MD, as we are staunch practitioners of the Open-door policy.
