Pay is fixed and merely it increases after multiple requests. No promotion policy for outsourced employee. No social life. No employee grievances redressal available. High office politics. No any extra perks or benefits for outsourced employee. Sat-Sun off only for on-roll employees. Only Sunday off for off-role employees. Proper stratification made between on-roll & off-roll employees.

Promotion and appraisal not up to the mark. For deserving candidates no proper responsibility. Rely on old employees even if company loosing their revenues

I can show very good management and team work here..Mostly I like That is a Culture of openness and spontaneous that if you have an idea or comment, you can just toss in the mix or go and talk to anyone you choose about everything , And Whenever you need any kind of help company always supports you.
