Job security is based on USER rating which wasn't so trustworthy. The UR process is manupulated by company for hire and fire culture . They filled vacancies 150 to 200 and in that 1 year many employees got fired and they again hired next for next season. It's totally non worthy work . The total working dedication by employee wasn't considers when they actually works hard .. The holiday working concept is like dictatorship .. Poor mindsets leads always had bad nature towards teammates.. office politics .. some gold digger employees for better relations and for benifits with leads . There is no job security. No career growth. The experience you get here is not in other companies. This is not technical job. Promotion or appraisal is based on customer ratings. This company hires 150-200 employees during each season and after the season ends in 1-2 months, it asks for their resignation or fires them. There are three rotational shifts; Morning shift 7 am - 3 pm, Afternoon shift 3 pm - 11 pm and Night shift 11 pm - 7 am. My Opinion: Don't go for job in this company. For 7 months, I allmost did job in this company and then i am writing this feedback. 1. There is no job security in this company. 2. Criterias for appraisal is very hard even company seniors also can't beat. 3. If beat criteria then also you can't get good appraisal. 4. Except Insurance and PF there no other benefits are there for you. 5. They hire people for perticular time and after that when your are on bench they your contracts by giving silly reasons. 6. They are like old times.. they recruite people under contract when season starts and after the season ends they take out people on contract so 0% job security better not to join Hudl .. only advantage is u can earn Money here but no future no job security ...
