There is no job security given by the company. If you open up with your thought with TL they take it as personal.later or sooner you'll get your contract end notice. Even the higher authority only follow TL's call. They never judge you by your performance .

Dislikes

If you want to work in hudl you have to put your head down in front TL. I personally feel just because i was in TOP 20 analyst twice in 9 month of job and i gone through these stages. This is my personal experience for perticular TL.

Indian Management doesnt care about employees at all. If you are expecting slry hike forget it you won't get more than 600-1200 rs hike. Work is monotonous so you ll get bored in 2 months.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
