The work load, they made on a employees in season. If the task of a employees are not done in a shift time, they make employees to do overtimes

The employees are friendly and office are good except management.

Dislikes

The Hudl Pune management is terrible.. Only hires for work only till probation period after that.. they just apply fake PIP list to give us reason about.. If you like to join then join Hudl Mumbai or Bangalore they far more good than Pune office

Job security is based on USER rating which wasn't so trustworthy. The UR process is manupulated by company for hire and fire culture . They filled vacancies 150 to 200 and in that 1 year many employees got fired and they again hired next for next season. It's totally non worthy work . The total working dedication by employee wasn't considers when they actually works hard .. The holiday working concept is like dictatorship .. Poor mindsets leads always had bad nature towards teammates.. office politics .. some gold digger employees for better relations and for benifits with leads . If there is a negative option in rating I definitely select that one. No increment, no promotion Worst please to work, they don't think about the employee. They think analyst is like donkey. Manager is worst.
