Some of the teams are very good and HODs are supportive.

Dislikes

The HR Team (payroll team) is pathetic especially the HoD Geeta Menon and Bagyshree. The banking team head DV Prabhu and the banking team is also pathetic in working. No culture, no process no system at all. And worst part is management supports these type of people.

HR bhagyashree worst employee she dnt have manners to talk with anyone, egoistic, she will not let to stay anyone in HR department more than 6months and will take credit over it she has support for the same from geeta menon they both know just to do gossiping and will make your work life hell and management should take strict action over it

HR head Geeta Menon is worst and horrible lady and she don't have manners to talk with anyone and her spoon bhagyashree is also egoistic and mannerless lady.your senior will mail you regarding work and will keep Geeta Menon in cc just to harass you and to show Geeta that we seniors are working . And there is no job security in this company, you'll have to leave when only when Geeta asks you to .
