Dislikes

There are some kids who gets top positions and don't know how to manage, communicate, Strategies, etc. Those kids break the unity, motivation, and environment to take the entire department of the company into bush. Same kids blame others for their mistakes.

Most of the Higher Management has not worked in any other companies other than Huawei. So they don’t know work culture and follow illogical theory of nobody should be free for self development. Too many illogical processes and tasks are created without having any fruitfull output. Focus is on quantity not on quality.
