Huawei was a growing organization.. I had spent almost 7 years there, we have had a great employee intrections sessions, games, festivals , events, cross trainings etc slowly and steadily it has changed a big time

Dislikes

For third and fourth party employees there are no much growth...no benifits, no great appraisal ls, not good salary hikes etc

They announced work from home since janta curfew day where as they should have given way back but however they are the firat who started taking care from January... The are following all possible precautions to take care of the employees

Dislikes

For people working non engineering background has zero growth there.. Also as long as you give your ample years to the organisation your value decreases..

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
