Bad work environment,shift hour more than 12+ hours ,one off .less resources maintain.there's no proper shift timing If your working day also night they will call you.noproper transport facilities during night shift. By giving Bonus & increment they stop employees to go out or else no one work there. I suggest no one join there even if more hike.no Job security.
