Mostly leadership of Huawei is at the best, culture of compliance and working at Huawei is always was an best experience. Adoption of new technology regularly, comply with local laws is the best part in Huawei I have seen.

Company HR policies are good and they follow in Indian laws and regulations.

Dislikes

There is no classroom training. You have to study all things by yourself. Appraisal is done twice a year and and 10% people are mandatory to be given C rating. This means they will have to leave the organization. While giving promotion and bonuses management prefer their own people. Chinees culture is not like European culture. They expect you to work 24x7.
