I cannot dislike anything but i agree somethings are there which are not pleasant in Huawei. First of all, when we join Huawei, we think we are going to MNC so will be getting everything which is provided in other MNC. But it's not like that in Huawei. Here work, work and work is the only things which matters. You have to work cont inuously till your boss and management is not satisfactory. Sometimes you have to work for a long time and work on a single thing over over which will definitely irritate you and will put lot of pressure on you. Even you work for a long time, the chances of getting appreciation is very small. You will get the opportunity of learning new things hardly and you have to work on the technology and Project which has been assigned to you. If you lucky, you will get good project.
