Mostly leadership of Huawei is at the best, culture of compliance and working at Huawei is always was an best experience. Adoption of new technology regularly, comply with local laws is the best part in Huawei I have seen.

The management misses the skill to take business to next level...all the Chinese management who leads are immature and lacks proper insight to indian market. They dont allow any indian to give inputs related to market and thereby losses market to competitors. The job security is also at its minimum level as anytime one can expect the unexpected
