Likes

While working for HT Media, I learned many skills over here. This is the company which made my career, made me learn skills related to radio station fever fm. Gave me responsibility like team management. Working environment is good. Senior are good, they are always ready to guide us related to our career.

Dislikes

Well in my department, as i am working in fever fm radio station, it is 24x7 days working, so do not have any weekend leave nor we have have any nationalised holidays.but we take weekoff.

Work Details

I work as Technical Assistant at Fever FM(subsidary of HT Media Ltd). My responsibility over here is to manage the control room of radio station., look after thw troubleshooting of the devices. communicate to vendors through mails to resolve the faults.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
